2000年7月3日欧盟颁布户外使用的设备的噪声排放指令，指令号：2000/14/EC。

指令适用于需采取噪音排放措施，及需在每台机械上均安装有显示其保证噪音水平标签的57种型号的户外设备。此外，该指令还为57种类型中的22种设定了噪音极限。

噪音指令强制认证产品清单：

●运输货物的施工卷扬机（起燃式引擎驱动）Builders'hoists for the transport of goods(combustion-engine driven)

●压实机器（仅限於振动压路机及非振动式压路机，振动钢板及振动夯具Compaction machines(only vibrating and non-vibrating rollers,vibratory plates,and vibratory rammers)

●压缩机（＜350kw）Compressors(<350kW)

●手握式混凝土制动器及镐Concrete-breakers and picks,hand-held

●建筑绞车（起燃式引擎驱动器）Construction winches(combustion-engine driven)

●推土机（＜500kw）Dozers(<500kW)

●倾翻车（＜500kw）Dumpers(<500kW)

●液压或绳索式挖掘机（＜500kw）Excavators,hydraulic or rope-operated(<500kW)

●挖掘装载机（＜500kw）Excavator-loaders(<500kW)

●平路机（＜500kw）Graders(<500kW)

●液压电源Hydraulic power packs

●带桶的负载型废渣填埋压实器（＜500kw）Landfill compactors,loader-type with bucket(<500kW)

●割草机（不包括农业或林业设备，多功能装置，及装机功率超过20kw的主要电机传动零部件）Lawnmowers(excluding agricultural and forestry equipment,and multi-purpose devices,the main motorised component of which has an installed power of more than 20kW)

●草坪修剪器/草坪剪边器Lawn trimmers/lawn edge trimmers

●内燃引擎式驱动的均衡升降车-叉车（额定功率不超过10公吨的其它均衡升降车除外）Lift trucks,combustion-engine driven,counterbalanced(excluding other counterbalanced lift trucks with a rated capacity of not more than 10 tonnes)

●装载机（＜500kw）Loaders(<500kW)

●移动式起重机Mobile cranes

●电动耕耘机（＜3kw）Motor hoes(<3kW)

●路面修理器（装有高压实样板的里面修理器除外）Paver-finishers(excluding paver-finishers equipped with a high-compaction screed)

●电力发电机（＜400kw）Power generators(<400kW)

●塔式起重机Tower cranes

●焊接发电机Welding generators
